The immigrant Isaac Stearns has been well studied by many genealogists, beginning with Bond202 who published an extensive account of Isaac’s descendants, an account that was the basis of Van Wagenen’s Stearns Genealogy520. More recently Isaac himself has received a full treatment in Anderson’s GMB157, and Threlfall’s GMC50158 has traced the English origins of Isaac’s wife Mary Barker.
